By: Bayero Ade

The All Progressives Congress (APC) executives in Idanre Local Government, Ofosu Ward, Ondo State, have suspended the state chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, over allegations of gross misconduct.

The decision came after an emergency meeting convened by the ward executives, where they accused Adetimehin of making statements capable of causing disorder and instability within the party. According to the executives, the suspension will remain in place until a thorough investigation into the matter is completed.

In their official statement, signed by key members of the ward, the executives reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining peace, discipline, and party unity. They urged all party stakeholders to remain calm while the issue is being addressed.

As of the time of this report, efforts to reach Engr. Ade Adetimehin for comments were unsuccessful.
