Islamic Group Urges GOTV to Cease Broadcasting Christian Program on Prime Channel

An Islamic organization has called on GOTV to stop airing a Christian program on one of its prime channels, citing concerns about inclusivity and fairness.

The group, in a statement, emphasized the need for equal representation of religious content on public platforms and urged the service provider to ensure that its programming reflects the diverse beliefs of its audience.

While details of the specific program and channel were not disclosed, the group expressed its intention to engage in dialogue with GOTV to address the matter.

The statement also called for mutual respect among religious groups and urged media organizations to remain sensitive to the religious diversity of their audience in their content scheduling.

It’s not right for the Islamic Organization to ask that GOTV stops airing Christian, Programme, rather, they too should go with their Programme and let it be transmitted.

My opinion on this is that hence the GOTV is a private business to make profit I don’t see anything wrong with that. Any section of religion group can airing their thoughts.
