Insecurity: Nigerians demand Buhari’s resignation on Twitter

Nigerians have demanded the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari on Twitter, over the high level of insecurity in the country.

In an opinion poll conducted by the Punch Newspaper for Nigerians on Twitter, 72% Nigerians said President Buhari should resign, 16% Nigerians said he should not resign, while 12% Nigerians said they don’t care.

Starnews NG reports that the poll is scheduled to run on Twitter for 24 hours.

As at the time of writing this report, the poll is still running, with 18 hours, 50 minutes left and had 10, 543 number of Nigerian Twitter users as participants already voted.
