Starnews NG learnt that the name of Olumide Ogunje as Jegede’s running mate would still be replaced.
It was gathered that the name was presented to meet the deadline by INEC for the submission of the names of governorship candidates and their deputies since the PDP and its candidate, Eyitayo Jegede have not yet resolved on the issue of running mate.
The Source said the name of Ogunje as Jegede’s running mate is just temporary to allow wide consultations with the leadership of the PDP on the choice of deputy governorship slot
