I was in Portharcourt to reconcile with Governor Wike — Atiku

 

Former Vice-president Atiku Abubakar has said that he was in Portharcourt to reconcile with the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike.

Starnews Nigeria reports that the former vice-president who arrived in Portharcourt on Tuesday, disclosed while speaking with journalists on Thursday.

”I came here to reconcile with the governor on party affairs and how we can ensure that there is unity and stability in the party so that we can take over the government in 2023.

“I believe Nigerians can’t wait for 2023 to come so that the PDP will return.”

The former Vice President also described Wike as the “topmost” governor in Nigeria going by his developmental strides.
