Ganduje Mocks PDP Over Internal Crisis

Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying the party is struggling with internal problems.

He made these remarks in Abuja on Friday while welcoming members of Atiku Abubakar’s support groups, who switched allegiance from the PDP to the APC.

Ganduje stated that the PDP is weakening, claiming that no candidate has stepped forward to contest the upcoming governorship election in Anambra under the party’s platform.

According to him, the PDP extended its screening deadline for aspirants, but even after the extension, no one showed interest in the race.

He described the APC as a party that stands for democracy, fairness, and peace.

He also welcomed the defectors, assuring them that they had joined a party that values the rule of law and internal organization.

Ganduje further said that the APC would continue to grow, while the PDP is losing its relevance in Nigeria.
