FFK Reveals identity of four Nigerians that convinced Buhari to release Sowore, Dasuki

Nigeria’s former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed the identity of four notable Nigerians he claimed convinced President Muhammadu Buhari for the sudden release of Sambo Dasuki and Omoyele Sowore.

The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), on Tuesday asked the Department of State Services to release the immediate-past National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki; and the convener of #RevolutionNow protests, Omoyele Sowore, from custody.

Starnews reports that Fani-Kayode gave this revelation on Tuesday on his verified Twitter account.

He gave the names of Abba Kyari, Abubakar Malami, Hadi Sirika and Kayode Fayemi as those who convinced the president to ensure the release of Sowore and Dasuki.

He wrote: “I can tell you authoritatively that 4 people fought from within to get Dasuki & Sowore released & eventually managed to convince Buhari. They are Abba Kyari, Malami, Hadi Sirika and Kayode Fayemi. They represent the liberal and cerebral wing of the Buhari Govt & I commend them.”
