Federal Civil Service Commission Warns Against Fake Recruitment

The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has alerted the public about false information circulating on social media regarding job openings in the commission.

On Thursday in Abuja, the FCSC’s Public Relations Officer, Taiwo Hassan, clarified that there is no ongoing recruitment within the commission, Daily Post reports.

The commission noted that some individuals are spreading fake announcements using its name, website, and even the Director of Recruitment and Appointment. The public has been urged to disregard these claims, as they are not from the FCSC.

The statement also cautioned people to avoid falling victim to fraudulent recruitment schemes. The FCSC assured that any legitimate recruitment process would be announced officially through its website and national newspapers.
