Children’s Day: APC Chieftain Olumide Pens Heartfelt Tribute to Her Kids

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo State, Adekunle Olubunmi Olumide has showered love and heartfelt prayers on her four children as Nigeria marked this year’s Children’s Day.

In an emotional tribute shared on Tuesday, the APC stalwart described the day as one to celebrate the “joy, laughter and love” her children bring into her life.

She addressed her touching message directly to her children, Kemisola, Eyinojuoluwa, Inioluwa, and Ayanfeoluwa, who she fondly called “the precious last born”.

“Today is your day, a day to celebrate the joy, laughter and love you bring to my life. As your mother, there’s no greater joy than seeing you grow, learn and thrive,” she said.

The politician, while expressing her pride and admiration, singled out each of her children for praise.

“Kemisola, my lovely daughter, your kindness and compassion inspire me every day. Eyinojuoluwa, my sweet daughter, your curiosity and creativity light up my world. Inioluwa, my bright son, your energy and enthusiasm are contagious! Ayanfeoluwa, my strong son, your resilience and determination make me proud,” she wrote.

She added, “Ayanfe the last born, you bring me so much joy with your prayerful spirit, playful and innocent wonder.”

Olumide didn’t stop at praises alone. She reminded the children of their worth and limitless potential.

“As you celebrate this special day, I want you to know how much I love and cherish each of you. You are unique, precious, and loved beyond measure. Remember, your dreams are limitless, and your potential is boundless,” she stated.

“Always be true to yourselves, support one another, and never stop exploring and learning. I’m honoured to be your mother and guide,” she concluded.
