Nigerian singer Portable has received a N20M cash gift from Burna Boy following his victory over Speed Darlington in their celebrity boxing match.
The match took place on April 18 at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos, where Portable knocked out Speed Darlington in the first round.
Portable later announced on social media that Burna Boy had rewarded him with a substantial N20M for the win.
It’s no secret that Speed Darlington and Burna Boy have had a rocky relationship, with Burna Boy even reportedly locking Speed Darlington out of certain events.
Portable took to Instagram to share his gratitude, saying, “20 million from @burnaboygram. If you wanna be like Odogwu, can you do like Odogwu? God bless your family.”
