The demolition of the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex is currently ongoing in the state.
Why it was not yet clear the reason behind the demolition, Star News gathered that it was in connection with the current crisis in state between the governor, Simi Funbara and the minister of FCT, Nyesome Wike.
It would be recalled that on Monday 27 out of the 32-member House defected to the All Progressives Congress from the People’s Democratic Party.
