BREAKING: Former Ondo South Senator dumps PDP

Barr. Boluwaji Kunlere, a former Senator who represented Ondo South Senatorial District, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Kunlere dumped the opposition party in a letter he personally signed and addressed to the party’s ward Chairman in Igbotako Ward 2, Igbotako town in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The letter reads, “I hereby tender my Letter of Resignation from The Peoples’ Democratic
Party of Nigeria with effect from today being 24th January, 2024.

“I sincerely express my appreciation to you and other members of the Party for your cooperation and support throughout the period of my membership of the Party.

“Thank you and God bless.

When asked if he would join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Kunlere tersely said “I will decide who to vote for after the primaries by God’s Grace. No discussion with any Political party for now” .
