BREAKING: Court Grants Portable ₦1 Million Bail Over Saheed Osupa Defamation Case

Popular Nigerian artist, Okikiola Badmus, better known as Portable, has been granted bail by an Upper Area Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, following his arraignment over allegations tied to a defamation case involving Fuji musician, Saheed Osupa.

The singer, who was brought before the court on charges including defamation, cyberstalking, public incitement, and intimidation, was admitted to bail in the sum of ₦1 million.

As part of the bail conditions, the court directed that two sureties must stand in for him. One must be either the Chairman or Secretary of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, while the other must own a property located in a Government Reserved Area (GRA) and present a valid Certificate of Occupancy.
