Akeredolu Begins Repairs of Over 300 Damaged Vehicles In Ondo

Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has begun the repairs of over 300 damaged vehicles inherited from previous administrations by his government.

Starnews learnt that some of the affected vehicles were recklessly used and abandoned by previous administrations in Ondo State.

In a tweet, the Ondo-State chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) said: “instead of leaving the old vehicles used by past administrations to become waste, Governor Akeredolu is repairing them for the use of government.”

Starnews gathered that over 600 government vehicles used by political appointees under previous administrations were damaged and abandoned in the pool while some are rotten away in ministry, department and agencies (MDAs) under the State government.

The State government is currently repairing over  300 of them for official use.
