BREAKING: Ali Modu Sheriff drops out of APC Chairmanship Race

A Former Governor of Borno state, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff has called it quits to his aspiration for National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

 

Speaking in Abuja on Sunday, Sheriff disclosed that the zoning arrangement the party adopted for the convention has disqualified him for the position.

The APC zoned the office to North Central.

Sheriff who is from the North East, however, stated that he will rejoin the race should the party make any changes to the zoning arrangement.
