A prominent spiritual leader, Guru Maharaj Ji, has alleged that the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, who recently joined his ancestors, was poisoned. StarnewsNG reports that in an interview with BBC News Yoruba, published on Tuesday, Guru Maharaj Ji, who said he is deeply pained by the monarch’s demise, stated that Oba Lamidi must be resurrected.
