Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has shared fresh details about her relationship with music executive Paul Okoye, known to many as Paulo.
She explained that they are happy together but have no plans to get married.
Ojo spoke about this during an interview on TVC’s Your View, where she discussed how they manage their relationship despite their busy schedules.
She said their relationship works well because they both enjoy their space.
Iyabo mentioned that she and Paulo are both deeply focused on work, and whenever she feels like having some alone time, she simply returns to her own home.
According to her, this setup has never caused issues between them because they understand and respect each other’s choices.
She made it clear that marriage is not on their agenda, as they have both agreed to keep things the way they are.
For her, the balance they’ve found is enough, and they don’t need to take further steps like getting married to prove their commitment.
Meanwhile, the actress is also in a joyful mood over her daughter, Priscilla, who recently got married to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
Reflecting on her own journey as a single mother, Iyabo shared her emotions in a heartfelt message on Instagram.
She remembered the hard times and how her faith kept her going, saying that seeing her daughter start her own family feels like a reward for all her efforts.
Iyabo encouraged other single mothers not to give up, reminding them that brighter days do come.
She expressed deep gratitude for her daughter’s new husband, calling him more than a son-in-law.
She also praised Priscilla for making her proud and wished her a happy and blessed home.
The actress ended her message by thanking everyone who has shown love and support, wishing them joy and blessings in return.
