Gov Akinwunmi Ambode will today address a World Press Conference at the Lagos House, Alausa By 2pm over his second term ambition bid which has allegedly attracted a stiff resistance by Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his party, APC Lagos chapter.
This was made known by Habib Aruna, Chief Press Secretary of the Lagos State Governor.
Starnews gathered that there is palpable tension in the camp of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos chapter, as the purpose of the world press conference by governor Ambode is not yet known as at the time of filing this report.
Some people loyal to the governor said he might through the world press conference declare his intention to contest on the platform of another political party today.
Recall that the APC is currently holding its primary election for governorship ticket in 27 states today across Nigeria.
