Ondo State Citizens react Business mogul, Jimoh Ibrahim, on Thursday, donated N40m to Ondo State government to help fight the spread of coronavirus in the state. Ondo Government Releases Promotion of 1, 597 Workers

The Ondo State Government has promoted 1,597  council workers. The Punch reports that the Permanent Secretary of the Local Government Service Commission, Mr Kehinde Ige, stated this in Akure on Tuesday. According to him, the promoted  workers were mainly those who acquired higher certificates and passed the 2019 conversion examination. He said  the assistant technicians and technologists who had acquired higher certificates would be converted at the end of the oral interview.
