Lagos State Releases List Of Churches, Mosques, Others Banned From Operation Due To Noise Pollution

  The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has sealed up some establishments due to noise pollution. Those affected include churches, mosques, hotels, bar and an eatery in the Alimosho area of the state. The agency disclosed the development via its X handle. It wrote, “LASEPA took strong action against noise pollution and other environmental infractions by sealing off several establishments such as religious centers, hotels, an eatery, and a bar in Alimosho today. “The affected establishments includes His Glory Cloud Church, Sure Word and Power Bible Church, Soliheena Central Mosque, Mountain of Power Deliverance, Cherubim & Seraphim Church, Iberuoluwa

FG asks churches, mosques, others to submit guidelines for reopening

The Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire, on Thursday said COVID-19 patients, who spent a long period at isolation centres were at the risk of depression. Ehanire, who stated this in Abuja at the press conference of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, said government planned to deploy psychologists in isolation centres to take care of such patients.
