Lekki shooting: Reason lights went off at toll gate – LCC MD

The Lekki Concession Company (LCC), the operators of the Lekki tollgate, has given reason lights went off on Tuesday, October 20, the day soldiers allegedly opened fire on #EndSARS protesters. LCC MD, Abayomi Omomuwa, while appearing at the Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to probe the Lekki shootings, said lights went off because its staff left the toll gate at 4:30 pm and were not available at 7:30 pm when the lights come on regularly. Omomuwa, who submitted footage from the day, also confirmed that the staff in charge of the generators also left
