Breaking: Kano Elders pray court to urge Nass conduct referendum for self-determination

A group of elders and politicians from Kano State has asked a court to compel the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Olufemi Gbajabiamila to hasten the exit of the South-East from Nigeria before concluding ongoing amendment to the country’s constitution. The request formed one of the three prayers sought in a suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/538/2021 instituted at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
