JUST IN: World Athletics Ratifies Tobi Amusan’s hurdles record

  Commonwealth women's 100m hurdles record holder and new Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON). Tobi Amusan has had her 12.12secs finish ratified.   The Nigerian 'Track Queen' set at the 12.12secs at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Oregon, United States a few months ago.   According to World Athletics, Amusan's record is now officially in the record books.After clocking an African record of 12.40 in the 100m hurdles heats, the world was put on notice that 25-year-old Amusan was capable of something special.   The next day, she ran 12.12 (0.9m/s) in the semifinals to improve
