Insurgents would’ve declared Islamic State in Nigeria if not for Buhari —Lai Mohammed

  The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, on Wednesday, said insurgents would have achieved their aim of declaring an Islamic State in Nigeria if not for decisive actions taken by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
