We can’t disclose details of Buhari’s assets – CCB

The Code of Conduct Bureau says producing details of asset declarations submitted to it by successive presidents and state governors since 1999 will amount to an invasion of the privacy of their asset declaration forms.  The CCB said this in a response to the FOI request by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project addressed to its chairman, Dr Muhammed Isah, urging him to provide information on asset declarations by successive presidents and state governors between 1999 and 2019. The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has sent a Freedom of Information request to the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) Chairman, Muhammed Isah, urging him to provide information on asset declarations submitted by successive presidents and state governors since the return of democracy in 1999.
