2019: Police Arrest Man Who Climbed Billboard Hanger To Protest Buhari’s Second Term

The Adamawa State police command has arrested Lawan Faro, the man who climbed a 40 metre-high billboard hanger in Yola, the state capital on Wednesday and threatened to jump to his death if President Muhammadu Buhari fails to resign. Lawan said he would only come down if the presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar assures him that he will defeat Buhari in 2019.
