Bandits have abducted over 50 people in a recent attack on Bassa community in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State. It was learnt that the incident happened when bandits reportedly stormed the community in large numbers on motorcycles in the early hours of Thursday. The people were said to be getting set for the day when their activities were disrupted by the bandits causing them to run into the bush for safety.
