Flood swallows many vehicles in Ondo, amidst destruction of property

Friday Downpour at Ikare Akoko, Akoko northwest local government of Ondo state has reportedly led to flooding in the ancient town with many houses and cars submerged with the destruction of valuable properties. Roving Reporters reports that the rain started around 3 pm on Friday and lasted almost 3hrs, causing gridlock on major roads. Mostly affected by the flood was the area around River Dada which overflowed and flooded a church and 3 hotels in the area.
