Excitement rented the air yesterday as National Uinon of Okitipupa local government students launched first of its kind Online Tv Tagged “NUOLGS TV”


It was all fun as students,friends and wish-wishers of the association witnessed this milestone.


The president of the Union Comrade Akinmorin Olubusayo expressed his joy on this monumental achievement.


He said NUOLGS TV is an online Tv that covers Political,Sports, Entertainment, Religious, and business news.


He said Further that NUOLGS TV is to keep the students abreast of the happenings around them.


The member representing Okitipupa constituency 1 in Ondo state house of Assembly, Honourable Tomide Akinrogunde added glamour to the event by dishing out giveaways to students through cash transfers and other incentives.


Similarly, In the spirit of giving back to the society,The Association has planned for a three weeks summer lesson to be kickstarted today.


Comprehensive high school Ilutitun would the venue of the summer lesson and is to be sponsored by Prof Dayo Faduyile.


Prof Dayo Faduyile is the special Adviser to the Governor of Ondo state on health and has this to say:


” My heart leaps for joy when I was called by the Global President of the National Union Of Okitipupa Local Government Students, Comrade Akinmorin ‘Busayo, regarding their plans to organise Summer School for students in secondary schools.


Seeing people so passionate about the academic progress of students in their environ and ready to add value always amazes me.


If such is sustained, we’d be sure of another great generation and as well birth a saner society devoid of rogues and mediocre.


I contributed my quota towards the success of the summer school and hope to do much more for our people ”


Students are enjoined to avail themselves with this rare opportunity as it is one of the ways to sharpen their future.
