Senate Directs OAUSTECH Students To Go Home on Two-Week Break …

The Senate of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology [OAUSTECH], Okitipupa, Ondo State has directed students of the University to proceed on a two-week Mid-Semester break.

The directive was contained in a circular issued on Friday, 25th June, 2021 by the University Registrar, Mr. G. O. Saliu, MANUPA.

“Arising from the students’ protest that erupted yesterday morning on the spate of insecurity around the metropolis where students reside, the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of Senate had directed that all students should proceed on two [2] weeks Mid-Semester break with effect from Monday, 28th June, 2021”, the circular read in part.

According to the circular, the students are expected back on campus from home on Sunday, 11th July, 2021 for revision and examinations commencing on 26th July, 2021.
