A leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Ogun State, Hon. Ladi Adebutu, has said that Chief Eddy Olafeso is the south-west choice for the position of National Vice Chairman of the PDP ahead of the Zonal Congress.

Speaking in a telephone interview on Thursday while demanding for a credible South-West Congress, and declaring Olafeso as their chairmanship candidate, Adebutu said the Party in Ogun State is working for the return of Olafeso as the National Vice Chairman in the Southwest ahead of the congress.

“Eddy Olafeso is our choice for the position of National Vice-Chairman in Ogun State and the Southwest States and by the grace of God, we are working on all the local government party chairmen, members of the State Executive Committee and some national delegates, among others, to support him and others ahead of the zonal congress”,

“I urge the Nationa leaders of our party to conduct a free end a fair Congres”, he said.
