In accordance to the United Nations and Commonwealth of Nations resolutions on the establishment of youth parliaments, the Delta state government under the leadership of Sen.Dr. Arthur Okowa and support of Hon. Ifeanyi Egwunyenga and the Chairman Delta State House of Assembly Committee on Youth Development, Hon. Fred Martins , on Tuesday, 8th September, 2020 inaugurated her first Delta state youth parliament in which Hon. Princewill Ogbolu was inaugurated as the Honorable member representing Ndokwa East

In a statement signed by Hon. Princewill Ogbolu himself. He said “My utmost gratitude is to God Almighty for guiding me through several weeks of tests and interviews which eventually saw to my selection as house member-select. I hereby thank the state government for ensuring a smooth and fair selection process as I attest to that.
Big congratulations to my good people and my humble self on my official inauguration into the very first Assembly of the Delta State Youth Parliament representing the good Youths of Ndokwa East Local Government Area.

Special regards to the Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and the members of the State Executive council for ensuring the implementation of the United Nations and Commonwealth of Nations resolutions on the establishment of youth parliaments in our dear state through the tireless efforts of the Commissioner for Youth Development, Hon. Ifeanyi Egwunyenga and the Chairman Delta State House of Assembly Committee on Youth Development, Hon. Fred Martins. I also use this opportunity to thank all members of the House of Assembly for their support in propagating this.

I specifically appreciate my own father in the house Rt. Hon. Osanebi Ossai Friday, AKA Omenosa 1 of Okpai kingdom, Member representing Ndokwa East in the House of Assembly, thanking you for your anticipated tutelage and highly needed guidance in my learning process that will ensure a smooth sail in my already begun duties to Ndokwa East Youths through the Youth parliament.

I appreciate Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, E. A to His Excellency the Governor on Youth development, the leaders of various youth bodies of Ndokwa East interest as well as all the youths in person for your anticipated support, understanding and comely synergy with my Honorable self to promote, propagate and see to the light that our challenges, numerously innumerable are gradually brought to an infinitesimal level. I look forward to synergism in this regard”.

He also pledged that without fear or favour, that the interests of the Ndokwa East Youths will always be my priority in the house as sworn in my oath of allegiance.
