LG Boss gives out wheelbarrows on hire purchase as empowerment in Enugu

In Enugu State, a transition chairperson appointed by Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the state Governor, has given out wheelbarrows on HIRE PURCHASE to people of Nsukka Local Government Area as empowerment, according to Enugu Metropolitan Network on Twitter.
