JUST IN: Three Kebbi Senators Dump PDP for APC

Three senators from Kebbi State have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Senators Adamu Aliero (Kebbi Central), Yahaya Abdullahi (Kebbi North), and Garba Maidoki (Kebbi South) officially announced their defection on Tuesday during plenary.

Recall that the three lawmakers recently met with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Aso Rock, a meeting that fueled speculations about their planned defection.

Their move is expected to strengthen the APC’s presence in Kebbi State and influence upcoming political strategies.
