The All Progressives Congress (APC) held a secret Congress in an undisclosed location in Imo State of Nigeria despite the court order by a Federal High Court sitting in Owerri not to hold the party Congress in Imo State.
Recall that the Federal High Court sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital has stopped the APC from going ahead with the state congress slated for Saturday (today) upon a court case instituted by five members of the party in the state.
