Joe Biden Diagnosed With Advanced Prostate Cancer

By Charles Maduka

Former United States President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has already spread to his bones, according to a statement released by his personal office.

The statement explained that Biden had recently developed increased urinary symptoms and was examined for a prostate nodule. Following medical evaluation, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, classified with a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5), which indicates an advanced stage of the disease.

Despite the seriousness of the diagnosis, the cancer is said to be hormone-sensitive, which doctors say makes it more manageable with appropriate treatment options.

Biden, who is 81 years old, is currently discussing the next steps with his family and medical team as they consider the most effective treatment plan.

The former president’s health update has generated widespread concern and attention both in the United States and globally.
