Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, is presently at the Wuse 2 office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ( EFCC) with a T-Shirt boldly inscripted with the word: “EFCC I am here”
Fayose, whose tenure expired today, is under investigation for allegedly receiving N1.3bn from the Office of the National Security Adviser through the then Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikiro.
He arrived the EFCC office with governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Chief Femi Fanikayode, Deji Adeyanju, Lere Olayinka and host of notable Nigerians, party leaders and loyalists.
Fayose had promised to make himself available to the commission after handing over to the new governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi.
