The All Progressives Congress (APC) has again rescheduled the Ekiti governorship primary election for the second time within a week.
The primary election which was initially scheduled to take place on Friday, May 11, 2018, has been shifted by a day – to Saturday, May 12, 2018.
The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Bolaji Abdullahi, said the decision was taken after consultation between the APC National Working Committee (NWC), aspirants and other stakeholders.
Recall that the APC had earlier slated the primary to hold on Friday this week after the first primary, held on Saturday last week, was declared inconclusive due to violence.
