Arise TV Needs a Staff Overhaul

Arise TV should undertake a fundamental restructuring of its workforce by ensuring that only qualified journalists handle its TV presentation programs to enhance professionalism. I advise that they stop using any presenter without a minimum qualification in journalism.

The unprofessional practices exhibited by some of its presenters during on-air presentations are embarrassingly annoying. It’s not journalism when presenters of TV shows are rude, arrogant, confrontational, mannerless, disrespectful, saucy, and judgmental. TV presentation shows shouldn’t be turned into a courtroom where presenters assume the position of a judge, overruling the opinions of their guests and silencing them from expressing contrary views. This madness on Arise TV must stop now, as it is tarnishing Nigeria’s reputation in the broadcast industry.
