Anti Grazing Law: “Withdraw Your Statement”, Senate Threaten Defence Minister

Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has directed the minister of Defence, Dan Ali to withdraw his statement where he asked state governments to suspend implementation of anti grazing Laws in states where such were enacted.

The Senate today said that open grazing law in some states were validly enacted according to the constitution of federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Senate has threaten the Defence Minister to immediately withdraw his statement.
