This [was contained in a circular by the University of Lagos branch of the union titled, ‘Payment of minimum wage arrears’. One person has been confirmed dead after a building collapsed on the Lagos Island area of Lagos State. The incident occurred Saturday afternoon, The PUNCH gathered. It was learnt that the building was under construction before its collapse. According to an eyewitness, the building collapsed after heavy rainfall at Freeman Road, Lagos Island.
