The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a Kwara Polytechnic Student, Taoheed Garba, 21, for allegedly stealing his girlfriend’s money and gold chain. Lagos hotel gateman killed as armed robbers attacked lodgers

Appeal court declines to okay N246m for crashed victim Deji Falae’s family

The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division has set aside a Federal High Court (FHC) judgment which ordered the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to pay Ese Falae N246million as compensation for the death of her husband, Deji Falae. Deji was a  commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Ondo State, and the son of a former Finance Minister,  Olu Falae.
