Barely 48 hours after the brutal massacre of some residents in Igangan community in Ibarapa North West local government area of Oyo State, suspected Fulani herdsmen have again attacked the community.   French President Emmanuel Macron was slapped in the face on Tuesday by a man in a crowd of onlookers while on a walkabout in southern France, video of the incident showed.
