2019: Ondo PDP Senatorial Candidate, Tofowomo Set Up Campaign Organisation

Former Commissioner for transport in Ondo State and People Democratic Party (PDP) Senatorial Candidate for Ondo South in 2019 general election, Otunba Nicholas Tofowomo, has appointed the former chairman of Ilaje Local Government, and current Publicity Secretary of PDP in Ondo State, Hon. Banji Okunomo, to lead his 2019 Senatorial Campaign under the PDP as Director-General of the campaign organisation.

Similarly, Hon Solomon Bitire, a former chairman of Okitipupa Local Government, was appointed as secretary, while pastor Olumide Akinrinlola, President of the Council of Concerned Youth of Nigeria, was appointed the Director of Media and Publicity of the campaign organisation respectively.

In a statement personally signed and made available to Starnews by Tofowomo, the appointments of the trio takes effect immediately while further appointments will be communicated moment after the leadership of the campaign team assume office.

“The DG should immediately take full responsibility of all my campaign related matters. All necessary provisions required to support the campaign organisation will be made available immediately,” Tofowomo said.
