Ilaje Protesters, Injured, Battered By Police Over Alleged Shoot At Sight Order Of Akeredolu

Youths from Ilaje Local Government who thronged the Ondo State governor’s office early this morning to protest alleged diversion of funds meant for the development of the coastal area by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu led administration, were reportedly injured and battered by security operatives at the government secretariat in Akure, the Ondo State Capital. Group Gives Akeredolu 30 Days To Sack Gbenga Edema, OSOPADEC Chairman

Says he mismanaged over 14 billion naira OSOPADEC Fund  A group, African Youth Patriotic and Development Mission (AYPDM), Ilaje/Ese-Odo chapter, has written Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, demanding for the sack of Mr Gbenga Edema, the chairman of Ondo State Oil Producing Area Development Commission(OSOPADEC) over alleged mismanagement of over 14 billion Naira.
